To protect the health of everyone at our sites, visitors should not enter a GM facility if they have symptoms consistent with COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Diarrhea
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
Prior to entering a GM facility, all GM employees and non-GM vendors, suppliers, contractors, and visitors:
- MUST follow all applicable national and local COVID-19 isolation/quarantine protocols. Note that these protocols may differ in timing and terms and conditions (e.g., protocols may not apply if you are deemed an essential and critical infrastructure worker).
- MUST observe a 14-day work-remote isolation period prior to entering a GM facility if they had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19. The 14-day isolation period starts the day after last contact with the diagnosed individual.
- WILL be asked to undergo temperature screening and complete a questionnaire that specifically addresses the above requirements, as well as whether the person is awaiting results of a COVID-19 test.
